ICCbay is a service provided to ICC members only. A few rules.
1. Any registered ICC member in good standing may use ICCbay.
2. ICCbay is a FREE service. Buyers and sellers may make use of ICCbay without paying any fees or royalties of any kind. Donations to support ICCbay, as well as all other services of International Cigar Club will be gladly acepted, but they are purely opitonal. Any donations made to ICC will be used solely to support the operations and maintenance costs of keeping ICC online.

3. ICCbay will not allow any items/materials deemed objectionable by ICC management to be placed on auction. Examples are guns (for obvious reasons) and pornography. If you are in doubt, PM one of the Admins and we will be glad to help.
4. All ICCbay buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the transaction between them. ICCbay, ICC, ICC management incluing onwers, mods, and/or admins cannot and will not get in the way of or have any responsibility for any buyers and sellers transactions. It is not the responsibility of ICC to mediate disputes, collect payment, or perform any service to any ICCbay user other than providing the auction capability itself. Everything else is up to you, the ICCbay buyer or seller.
5. IMPORTANT NOTE -- The auction and/or purchase or use of any and all products or services promoted on ICC and/or ICCbay by any individual or vendor are subject to the laws of the country, state, province, or other locality in which you reside. It is the sole responsibility of the member of this forum (ICC) to make sure he/she follows all applicable laws. ICC, it's staff, moderators, and/or owners, assumes or accepts absolutely NO responsibility for any actions, legal or otherwise, that may arise from the purchase of any product and/or service from any individual or vendor who advertises a product and/or service on ICC. You, the ICC member, by registering on this forum (ICC) and by use of ICCbay, agree to indemnify ICC, it's owners, staff, admins, and moderators from any actions, legal or otherwise, without exception, as it applies here.
6. Any breach of any of these rules or the rules of International Cigar Club will be grounds for action by ICC's management.
